Terms of Service

The agreement between you and CrawlWeb when you use the platform.

Last updated: 1 August 2026

Agreement

By creating an account or using CrawlWeb (crawlweb.app) you agree to these terms. If you are using CrawlWeb on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

The service

CrawlWeb analyses websites for SEO, AEO, GEO and AI Search Visibility and produces scores, reports and AI-generated recommendations. Recommendations are guidance, not guarantees: rankings, traffic and revenue projections are estimates and outcomes depend on factors outside our control.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity in your workspace. Provide accurate information and let us know promptly at support@crawlweb.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

Acceptable use

Only analyse websites you own or are authorised to analyse. Do not use CrawlWeb to break the law, infringe intellectual property, overload or scrape third-party sites abusively, reverse engineer the platform, or resell access without permission.

Connected accounts

When you connect a third-party service such as Google Search Console, you grant us permission to read the data needed to run the features you use. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms. You can disconnect at any time.

Your content

You keep ownership of the sites, data and branding assets you provide. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to deliver the service to you. We own the platform, its software and its underlying analysis methods.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance for the stated period and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Availability

We work to keep CrawlWeb available and accurate, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. Features may change, and third-party data sources may be delayed or unavailable.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrawlWeb is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost traffic or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using CrawlWeb and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or put the platform or other users at risk.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will revise the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions: support@crawlweb.app.
